• You may not use the moneyshotapp.com service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
• You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, links ("Content") that you submit, post, and display on the moneyshotapp.com service.
• You must not modify, adapt or hack moneyshotapp.com or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with moneyshotapp.com.
• You must not create or submit unwanted email to any MoneyShotApp members ("Spam").
• You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
• You must not, in the use of MoneyShotApp, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
• Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your moneyshotapp.com account. While moneyshotapp.com prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that MoneyShotApp cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the moneyshotapp.com service at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the moneyshotapp.com service for any reason, without notice at any time. We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. The MoneyShotApp service makes it possible to post images hosted on MoneyShotApp to outside websites. This use is accepted (and even encouraged!). However, pages on other websites which display images hosted on moneyshotapp.com must provide a link back to MoneyShotApp from each photo to its photo page on MoneyShotApp. Your account will also be terminated if it is used for hosting graphic elements of web page designs, icons, smilies, buddy icons, forum avatars, badges and other non-photographic elements on external websites. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark on those usernames. If your bandwidth usage exceeds 500 MB/month, or significantly exceeds the average bandwidth usage (as determined solely by MoneyShotApp) of other MoneyShotApp customers, we reserve the right to immediately disable your account or throttle your file hosting until you can reduce your bandwidth consumption. The failure of MoneyShotApp to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. MoneyShotApp reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. MoneyShotApp shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. We claim no ownership or intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours. However, by uploading images or text, you agree to allow others to view your Content. You can clear your profile at any time by deleting your account. MoneyShotApp does not pre-screen Content, but MoneyShotApp and its designee have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that is available via the Service. MoneyShotApp undertakes to obey all relevant copyright laws. We will review all claims of copyright infringement received and remove content deemed to have been posted or distributed in violation of any such laws. To make a claim, please provide us with the following: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on its behalf;
A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
A description of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit MoneyShotApp to locate the material;
Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email;
A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under the pains and penalties of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
